This 18K yellow gold pendant features a pear shaped white mother of pearl overlaid with clear quartz and encircled with 0.35 carat genuine diamonds. The diamonds are G-H in color and have a SI1 clarity. The pendant is suspended from an 18K yellow gold adjustable chain which may be set to 16" or 18" in length.
